At Bernie’s Best, we understand that dogs can be particular about their tastes and preferences. Not every dog will be a fan of every product’s flavor, and that’s okay! We want to give your dog the chance to try another of Bernie’s offerings.
For our products with multiple flavors, we offer a free Flavor Swap, but since we currently only offer one flavor of Healthy Hips, we are happy to swap for any of our other products. If your dog doesn’t like the flavor of Healthy Hips, we may not have a replacement hip and joint support solution at this time, but we’d love to give you the opportunity to try another one of our products. For another chance to win your dog over, just contact support with your original order number and shipping information and we’ll get a complimentary new order out for your dog.

Please note: Healthy Hips and Marvelous Mobility share the same ingredients, down to the flavor, so swapping between these products is not available. These products share a formula, but differ in name because we hope to ensure that this awesome joint formula reaches the widest audience possible. The same ingredients that help dogs with hip issues can also help rejuvenate full body mobility, and we realized that some pet parents were missing out on dogs with other joint challenges due to our hip-focused branding. We recognize that this double-name can be confusing, so we want to be clear that these are the same product and not worth combining or switching between.
