Bernie's Refund & Exchange Policy

All non-delivered merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days from original date of purchase. All merchandise returned for credit, refund, or exchanges must be unopened, in new and re-saleable condition, and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, in the original carton with all original packing, accessories, guarantees, and instruction manuals.

Correction of Errors, Omissions and Inaccuracies

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our Web site may be mispriced, mislabeled or incorrectly represented. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.
